As part of our remit to empower Research Technical Professionals with skills to enhance their career development, we are offering a series of bespoke training opportunities designed to meet the unique needs of this community. The focus of these training sessions will be on the soft skills that would help with career development, rather than technical skill building. Examples of topics could include leadership and management, research culture or chairing effective meetings. Our training sessions will be built around the feedback and requests of the RTP community and you can help shape the topics we cover by letting us know your preferences.
