High-resolution 3D X-ray CT imaging with the Zeiss Xradia Versa 620, including LabDCT for 3D crystallite analysis and Zeiss’s ART toolbox for machine-learning enhanced reconstructions. The facility offers expertise in imaging a wide range of materials from e.g. metals, 3D manufacturing, geological material, archaeological objects and biomedical engineering. We also work closely with other facilities within the University to offer correlative workflows in imaging, e.g with the SEM-SRF and the BEMU. The Zeiss Xradia Versa is suitable for samples from <1mm to approximately 50mm, with a highest resolution of 0.5microns, depending on the sample and field of view.
