We offer three XPS instruments with a wide range of capabilities and fast throughput of standard XPS measurements. We can tailor experiments for specific requirements and provide professional support with high quality data acquisition and analysis. The facility supports a variety of industrial and research applications where surface plays a critical role in performance including: nanomaterials, photovoltaics, catalysis, corrosion, adhesion, electronic devices and packaging, magnetic media, display technology, batteries, surface treatments, and thin film coatings used for numerous applications.
