Our microscopy facility houses a wide variety of technologies suitable for plant and animal tissue, cultured cells and bacteria. We can perform simple fluorescence assays, time lapses, detailed three dimensional scans and super resolution imaging using a selection of widefield, confocal and structured illumination microscopes. Samples can be live or fixed, room temperature or incubated. We can offer technical advice and expertise on experimental planning and design as well as image processing and interpretation.
