Situated at St James Hospital, the Faculty of Medicine and Health Flow Cytometry and Imaging Facility provides a cell sorting service alongside training and access to a range of conventional and spectral flow cytometry and live cell imaging equipment. The facility is open to research groups based onsite, across the University as well as regional HEI’s and industry. Additional services offered include assay design, technical support, data analysis and troubleshooting. Key equipment: Beckman Coulter Cytoflex S Flex and Cytoflex LX, ThermoFisher Bigfoot spectral cell sorter, Zeiss LSM980 with Airyscan 2, Zeiss Cell discoverer 7 and Agilent Seahorse metabolic analyser.
