We are part of the SAgE Analytical Facilities within Newcastle University and offer analytical services to students, researchers, and industry. Our services expand over a wide range of fields, such as engineering, manufacturing, life sciences and archaeology. Our facility consists of two Jeol Tungsten scanning electron microscopes. A JSM-IT510 fitted with a Ultim Max 100 EDX detector and a Symmetry S2 EBSD detector and a JSM-6610LV fitted with an X-act EDX detector.
