A portable, real-time sequencing device providing long-read sequencing capabilities. Results can be processed while the instrument is still sequencing, reducing the time it takes to get results. Up to 48 Gb data output per MinION Flow Cell / 2.8 Gb per Flongle Flow Cell. Applications: Whole genome/exome sequencing, transcriptomics, metagenomics, and targeted sequencing.
