NUPPA Facility

This core facility supports researchers’ protein and proteome analysis needs within and outside of the University. Our main focus is protein science: proteomics, protein purification, protein identification and quantification, mass, size, shape, and the interactions of proteins. We specialise in discovery proteomics, delivering data on numerous clinical cohorts. We are also experienced in a wider range of biomolecules (such as carbohydrates or nucleic acids). We provide support to internal researchers as well as external academic and commercial organisations.
