The NB Integrated Protein Analysis facility focuses on structural and biophysical characterisation of macromolecules in solution. We offer protein crystallography and NMR as well as analysis of experimentally or computationally derived structures. We have a Biacore 1K+ for surface plasmon resonance (SPR), a Monolith NT.115 for microscale thermophoresis (MST) and a MicroCal iTC200 for isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC). We also use circular dichroism (CD) and analytical ultracentrifugation (AUC) to characterise samples in solution. We can also provide protein expression and bespoke purification ranging from construct design to quality assessed pure protein.
