This measurement suite, operated in conjunction with the National Physical Laboratory, supports characterisation of microwave devices at up to 67GHz, including assessment of repetitive thermal transients and electric fields. There is associated multi-physics modelling supported by a high-performance computing cluster. Tools include RF on wafer probing, Keysight PNAX, Maury vector load pull, Microsanj thermo-reflectance analysis , and EMAG electric field probing. Supporting equipment includes VNA, communications analysers, waveform generators, an anechoic chamber, and many smaller items such as power supplies. We provide services to industrial users and are also open to academic collaborations
