The Technology Hub Imaging Facility provides a diverse portfolio of imaging platforms including two point scanning confocal microscopes, an LSM780 and LSM880, both of which are equipped for live cell imaging and time-lapse. The LSM880 is capable of fast super resolution imaging via the Airyscan detector. The creation of virtual slides through imaging of whole tissue mounts can be achieved with the AxioScanZ.1 Slide Scanner using Histology, IHC and fluorescent stained samples. The PALM MicroBeam Laser Capture Micro-Dissection is the perfect precursor for proteomics studies. Microscope access is via training using a blend of virtual and in-person resources with independent booking rights granted.
