LUMICKS C-Trap 450 Edge Single-molecule Microscope

The LUMICKS C-Trap 450 Edge is a dynamic single-molecule microscope that combines optical tweezers, fluorescence and label-free imaging, and has use of an advanced microfluidics system. The C-Trap enables users to manipulate and visualize molecular interactions in real-time. Using this instrument, users can trap single molecules such as of DNA or proteins, manipulate them, and measure changes to their structure with high spatial and temporal resolution. It enables investigation of the dynamic behaviour of individual molecules, can be used to explore heterogeneity, study interacting molecules in real time and unravel mechanisms of action.
