The Leicester Genomics Core Facility provides researchers, technicians and students with access to expertise and technologies in genomics. This includes all DNA and RNA preparation technologies, next and third generation sequencing (Illumina, Oxford Nanopore), single cell and spatial transcriptomics (10x Genomics), digital and quantitative PCR (Bio-Rad, Roche) and microarrays (Illumina). Training on these technologies and support for data analyses, publications and grant applications is also provided.
