Home » Showcase » Human Pluripotent Stem Cell Facility

The Human Pluripotent Stem Cell Facility at the University of Dundee provides researchers with human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) and human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs), along with essential reagents and services. The facility offers training, culture media, extracellular matrices, and expertise in transfection, stable cell line creation, and genome editing techniques such as CRISPR/Cas9. Additionally, it specialises in producing hiPSC lines through mRNA reprogramming, supporting advancements in cell and developmental biology, drug discovery, and regenerative medicine.
