The High-Performance Sequencing Platform is an open-access facility embedded within the Earlham Institute’s data-intensive environment, which specialises in the provision of short and long-read sequencing workflows for the analysis of genomes, transcriptomes, and epigenomes. Our expertise spans plant, animal, and microbial genomics, including active contributions to national and international genomics programmes. We provide a range of collaborative services both for our local community and externally through a fee-for-service model for academic and industry users. We are also happy to supply detailed costing for grant applications and foster collaborations with our Research Faculty in areas of mutual interests.
