Genomics Birmingham continues to expand its services. In early 2024, we launched the Olink Mid-Plex protein biomarker platform (20–40 µL input), supported by a specialist team. All projects to date have been successfully completed. Other offerings include Reveal PEA-NGS (1000 proteins across 86 samples/run), Mission Bio Tapestri (DNAseq), and Bulk RNAseq (Poly-A, Ribodepletion, Lexogen 3′ QuantSeq). We offer single-cell RNAseq through BD Rhapsody, 10x Chromium, and Parse Evercode.
Through collaboration with Birmingham Tissue Analytics, we also provide spatial transcriptomics using 10x Visium and Nanostring GeoMx DSP. A new automation specialist is enhancing workflow efficiency.
