Our Flow Cytometry Facility provides comprehensive support for research, offering expert cell sorting and high-parameter flow cytometry analysis. We operate two cell sorters: FACSAria III and FACSDiscover S8, which enables image-enabled spectral sorting for enhanced resolution and advanced population discrimination. Our five analysers include CytoFLEX LX, CytoFLEX S, two Aurora spectral analysers, and Attune NxT. Both sorters and the Attune NxT support CL2 analysis. We provide hands-on training, alongside guidance in experimental design, data acquisition, and analysis, assisting users at every stage of their research.
