The Faculty of Medicine Flow Cytometry Core Facility provides a comprehensive flow cytometry analysis and cell sorting service open to researchers from the University of Southampton, external academic organisations and industry. We offer access to state-of-the-art conventional and full-spectrum flow cytometry platforms, including high-parameter cell sorting and spectral analysis technologies, supported by specialist technical staff. Our services include training, experimental design, panel optimisation, cell sorting, and troubleshooting to help researchers generate high-quality, reproducible data. The facility supports a broad range of biomedical research applications, from fundamental discovery science through to translational and clinical research.
