The Bioinformatics Support Unit provides expert, specialist data analysis and experimental design services for high throughput molecular biology studies including genomics, transcriptomics, using bulk, single cell and spatial technologies, proteomics and ‘big data’ sources. For those interested in learning bioinformatic analysis skill we also run training courses. We aim to serve Newcastle University, other academic institutions and industry.
