The Babraham Imaging Facility provides a wide range of services to help support the research activities of academia and industry. The Facility offers training and supports access to state-of-the-art light microscopy platforms and sample preparation tools for histology. The Facility also provides electron microscopy services including sample preparation, STEM imaging, array tomography and FIB SEM. In addition to its imaging and sample preparation services, the Facility has a dedicated Image Analyst to help extract meaningful information from image data. Services offered by the Image Analyst include advice on experimental design, bespoke analysis pipeline development and training on open-source image analysis software.
