One of the highlights is Dimension ICON/FastScan AFM which combines the capabilities of the ICON and FastScan platforms. While ICON can provide 100µmx100µmx10µm large X-Y-Z scope imaging, FastScan can provide 1-second per frame fast imaging in air or liquid.
