The Advanced Imaging Facility (AIF) is the light microscopy facility of the College of Life Sciences at the University of Leicester. The facility offers a wide range of state if the art light microscope systems for fixed and live material including confocal microscopy, label free imaging, high content screening, ultra-high multiplexing for spatial phenotyping and super resolution microscopy. We also provide user training, support for sample preparation and experimental setup including for FRAP, FLIP and FRET, CLEM (in collaboration with the Electron Microscopy Facility (EMF)), and image analysis including ImageJ/Fiji, Imaris, high content analysis package and Huygens deconvolution. Personalized Fiji macros can be developed to analyse your image datasets. New systems: Akoya PhenoCycler Fusion and Zeiss Elyra 7 Lattice SIM2 with RAPP Opto Photomanipulation system for FRAP/FRET.
